IF YOU ARE SWITCHING FROM CLASSIC DEODORANT TO NATURAL:

Exfoliate your armpits 2-3 times a week by applying a small amount of the mask to your armpits. Leave it on for about 15 minutes, and during that time, feel free to do something else. After 15 minutes, exfoliate using light circular motions and then rinse. You can continue the treatment even after switching to natural deodorant, as the mask greatly helps maintain the hygiene of your armpit area.
