La PIEL GIVEAWAY Contest Rules – 7th Birthday

General

These rules (“Rules”) determine the conditions for participation in the prize competition “La PIEL GIVEAWAY – 7th Birthday” (“Prize Competition”) organized by La PIEL d.o.o., Gorice 10b, Zagreb, OIB: 93707581684 (“La PIEL”).

Publication of the rules

By participating in the Prize Competition, the participant is deemed to have fully accepted these Rules.

The Rules come into force upon the start of the Prize Competition.

Duration and purpose of the Prize Competition

The Prize Competition is conducted in the period from June 18, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. to June 24, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. via the Instagram social network for the purpose of promoting the La PIEL brand and celebrating the brand’s 7th birthday.

Right to participate

All natural persons over the age of 16 who have a user profile on the social network Instagram are eligible to participate.

Employees of La PIEL d.o.o. and persons who are directly or indirectly involved in the organization and implementation of the prize competition, as well as members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

Minor participants must have the consent of their parents or guardians to participate.

How to participate

During the duration of the prize competition, to participate in the competition, you must:

1. Write in the comment below the giveaway post which La PIEL product is your favorite and why
2. Tag three people in the comment
3. Confirm your application by clicking on the message you will receive in your inbox

Prizes and selection of winners

A total of 18 prizes will be awarded, and the total value of the prize fund is EUR 7,680.00.

The prizes are as follows:

• 2x iPhone 16 Pro (black and white) – individual value: €1,340.00
• 3x Zara gift voucher worth €200.00
• 2x Zara gift voucher worth €300.00
• 7x La PIEL gift package worth €200.00
• 4x La PIEL gift package worth €300.00

Winners will be randomly selected from participants who have met all the participation requirements.

All participants who confirm their registration will also receive a special promotional code for a -20% discount on the web shop.

Announcement of winners and prize collection

Winners will be announced on the official website lapielshop.com and on the brand's Instagram profile, no later than 3 days after the end of the competition.

All winners will be contacted via private message to provide personal information and arrange prize delivery.

The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other products.

Limitation of liability

La PIEL is not responsible for possible technical difficulties, platform interruptions, lack of a prize if it is caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the participant, or for other unforeseeable circumstances that may affect the implementation of the competition.

La PIEL reserves the right to change the rules, extend, shorten or terminate the competition at any time.

Other provisions

In the event of a violation of these Rules, La PIEL reserves the right to exclude the participant without prior notice and obligation.

The competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction over all disputes that may arise from this competition.

Privacy protection

All personal data of participants is collected solely for the purpose of implementing this competition and awarding prizes and is processed in accordance with the Privacy Statement available at:

The data is kept until the end of the competition and 30 days after the winner is announced, unless there is a need for longer storage due to legal requirements.
