Ultraviolet radiation (UV) plays an important role in the production of vitamin D, but UVB radiation, although it does not penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin, can cause acute skin damage, i.e. burns and redness, but also premature skin aging. UVA penetrates deeper layers of the skin and can cause the development of skin cancer. Exposure to the sun increases the production of melanin, so pigmentation (dark spots) can form on the skin. To avoid this, we recommend that you avoid sun exposure during the summer months between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and if you go out in the sun, be sure to apply sunscreen to your skin and face.

Effective UV filters provide protection from harmful UV rays that damage the skin, causing burns, redness and premature skin aging. In addition, Sun BABE formula is a blend of different oils that create a natural protective factor (mango oil, almond oil, carrot oil, coconut oil, mandarin oil and olive oil), and in addition to oil, shea butter and cocoa butter also have their natural SPF and provide extra care and deep hydration to the skin.

Apply Sun BABE sunscreen all over your body at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Apply it again after bathing or wiping with a towel, preferably every 2 hours. You can also use it for the face if you do not have sensitive facial skin. Since facial skin is thinner and more sensitive to UV rays, we recommend our Sun BABE face cream with SPF50 for greater protection.
